Ömer Nart who has been doing ongoing initiatives of crossbord e-commerce since 2008, has made crossbord e-commerce to 22 countries by establishing the first crossbord e-commerce company of Turkey, Markacom International. In 2014, he founded Onlinemerter.com as a new initiative. Ömer Nart who is involved continuously in crossbord e-commerce sector, gives new impetus to crossbord e-commerce ecosystem in Turkey by establishing e-commerce platform, under the name of World E-Commerce Forum.
He was born in 1985 in Baku, Azerbaijan. After completing his bachelor's degree in Management Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, he continued his master's degree in International Trade, his first PhD in International Relations and his second PhD in Marketing. For nearly 10 years, he took an active role in marketing, operation, sales and regional management in Germany based Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances GmbH's CIS region department. He founded Tutyakala.com as an entrepreneur in 2014 and continued his academic activity. In addition, he conducts the Crossbord E-Commerce Mini MBA training program at Istanbul Commerce University and provides consultancy services to companies on this subject. Isayev who speaks Russian and English fluently, has specialized in e-commerce and Digital Marketing. He is currently the Education Coordinator of Word eCommerce Forum. In addition, he has established Turkey office of Keepface, a Dubai-based company, that has more than 15,000 influencer on-site in 33 countries in collaboration with the WEF.
Mehmet Bülent Kutacun, who graduated from the Department of Statistics of Middle East Techinal University in 1999, has started to work at İşbank the same year. Mehmet Bülent Kutacun has been working in different areas such as chargeback, fraud, authorization and clearing processes, profitability analysis and reporting and product development in member merchants. He is currently working as the Manager of Electronic Commerce and Authorization Unit in the same institution. Kutacun who has been involved in a large number of projects that have taken place in the field of payment systems and is an expert in the field has been a part of several working groups and committees established within the Banks Association of Turkey with the Interbank Card Center (BKM). He is still a member of BKM Operation and Technology Committee.
He graduated from Kadıköy Anatolian High School and then from Boğaziçi University Tourism Management Department. He established and operated Big Byte Computer stores in Ontario, Canada. He worked in sales departments of Kyrenia Jasmine Court Hotel and The Ritz Carlton Istanbul respectively. Günbey who participated as the director of sales in ReklamZ Company in 2007, founded Turkey’s first regional discount coupans project, Package Deal Magazine during the same period. In 2010, he was appointed as Reklamz Direct Sales Group Director. Introducing SMEs to internet advertising and developing projects for SMEs to make sales on the internet were among his primary duties. In early 2014, he founded Digital Partners Media Planning Agency. In addition to the digital media planning and purchasing, search engine and social media advertising, programmatic department, as well as the social media management and web design services, he established creative departments and gathered all internet advertising services under one roof. Digital Partners, already headquartered in Istanbul, as well as Izmir, Ankara and Antalya with the regional offices and country offices in London has become one of the leading digital agency locations of Turkey.
Gülgün Korkusuz was born in Malatya in 1965. After completing her undergraduate degree at Uludağ University, she received her Master's degree in Business Management and Organization from Istanbul University and started her career at Koç Holding. Gülgün moved to Foreign Trade in 1991 and started studying in Istanbul University Foreign Trade Department. She established Uğurlu Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. With the company she established in the same year, Uğurlu Danışmanlık Ltd Şti, she started sharing her experience in foreign trade, branding, and state support in the sectors while she worked as a manager until 2001. In 2011-2012, after serving as the President of MESIAD, a non-governmental organization of Merter region with an export volume of 4.5 billion USD, she continued to serve more than 500 companies in the field of Government Incentives as a manager in Uğurlu Consultancy.
Nüket Oral Dokuz was born in Ankara in 1967. She is married and has two children. She completed her primary education in Ankara, secondary education in Malatya and high school education in Bandırma. She started her career in 1987 with Banvit IT, worked in Turkish Airlines in 1996, Honor Airlines in 1993, World Focus Airlines in 2001; In 2010, she started her own business by establishing her own company NÜDE Ticaret. Her biggest supporter is her sister Demet Oral Onat.
In 2010, she established www.mangolino.com and started E-Commerce. She continues in the sector with her second e-commerce site with www.buyukbedeniz.com since 2014. In 2015, NÜDE CONSULTING ELECTRONICS SERVICES CO. LTD. started to design, manufacture and export women's clothing products to sell on their own E-commerce sites. The manufactured two proprietary brands, Angelino BOUTIQUE and Valerie FRATTA are sold online in Turkey’s marketplace (Hepsiburada N11, Trendyol etc.) and in the overseas market place (markavip, Zoodmall, Amazon Usa, etc.). Since 2016, she started providing Micro Exports and ETGB shipment services to its overseas customers through its own web sites. In 2017, they started brand promotion and sales with the Showroom of their branches in New York. They provide consultancy services to Turkish companies who want to sell their products and establish business in America.

Tolga Duman, who is the general manager of Inter Patent Services Limited Company, was born in Sivas in 1975. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Sivas and Mersin and started trading at an early age. For this reason, he completed his higher education in 2001 in Economics at Sivas Cumhuriyet University. Afterwards, he held various management positions in corporate companies such as Bosch and Yapı Kredi Bankası and MNG Holding. In 2005, while he was working as a Stat Special Status Customer Representative in one of the leading companies in the industrial rights consultancy sector, he passed the Patent and Trademark Attorney exam organized by Turkish Patent and became an accredited proxy at the institution. In 2011, he took over Inter Patent Services Limited that he was a co-founder of in 2007, and continues to work as the general manager of the company which operates in the field of industrial property both in Turkey and abroad. In 2016, he became an active member of Business Network International - BNI business orientation organization. Duman is a professional ski athlete and instructor who enjoys hiking and cycling in his spare time.
After serving as marketing and sales director, he worked as Strategy and Merchandising Director at Trendyol.com and as Online Sales Director at Collezione department store. In May 2017, he joined E-Bebek as E-Commerce Director.
He was born in Trabzon in 1972 and graduated from Istanbul University. He has 12 years of job experience in the IT industry. After 11 years of carrying out various duties in Turkey UPS, he resigned as Director of Technology Support Group in 2015.
He has carried out studies on the development of partnerships between e-commerce sites and marketplaces in the region in order to increase direct sales of the companies in CIS companies by starting to his Gruz Cargo General Manager position in 2016.

He established Antdecor, an online sales project and started selling hotel equipment and products to the whole World in 2016. With the introduction of the World eCommerce Forum, he started his crossbord e-commerce business and took his business to another dimension. Since the beginning of 2018, www.antdecorglobal.com has been making crossbord e-commerce by marketing the products of many Turkish manufacturers to many countries on all 5 continents with its market place.
Volkan Doğru was born in 1974 in Istanbul. After completing his secondary and high school education at Kültür College, he graduated from Istanbul University, Business Administration Department. He worked as an Investment Advisor and Fund Manager in the International Financial Markets, Forex and Commodity Markets from 1996 to 1999. First started working as UPS Turkey’s overseas Pricing Manager, later Doğru was promoted to the position of Small Costumer Segment Manager to create the e-commerce market that attracts attention with its growth right after working as UPS Turkey’s Sales Operation Manager between the years of 2010-2016. In 2017, he resigned from this position and started to work as a co-founder at IQ + ♥ IT to develop software and projects on E-Commerce and Logistics Solutions. Volkan Doğru is married with one childi who is also working as marketting manager at KSN Logistics which provides economic logistical solutions to all those who have decided to make progress in CrossBord E-Commerce Logistics and who contribute to the country's economy, especially those who want to do so and cannot start operations due to high logistics costs.
