Mehmet Bülent Kutacun graduated from METU Statistic Department in 1999. He joined to Türkiye İş Bankası in the same year. Mehmet Bülent Kutacun worked in different fields including chargeback, fraud, authorisation and exchange processes in card payment system, profitability analysis and reporting, member business product development and he is currently working as Electronic Commerce and Authorisation Department director. Kutacun has been involved in numerous payment system-related projects and he has been in various workshops and committees created under Interbank Card Cente (BKM) with Türkiye İş Bankası. He is still the BKM Operation and Technology Committee member.
